Angelo Esquivel
About Me
I’m Angelo Esquivel — an artist, designer, and muralist working at the intersection of storytelling, place, and community.

My background spans branding, illustration, environmental graphics, and mixed-media art. I work with institutions, small businesses, and founders who care deeply about meaning, context, and human connection. Whether I’m designing a brand system, illustrating an editorial piece, or painting a large-scale mural, the goal is always the same: clarity, authenticity, and impact.

Much of my work is rooted in community spaces — grocery stores, historic landmarks, public venues — places where design isn’t just seen, but experienced. I approach each project by listening first, understanding how people move, shop, gather, and connect, then building visual systems that feel intuitive and lasting.

Alongside commercial work, my studio practice explores mixed media and layered illustration, combining photography, texture, and paint to create dimensional pieces that reflect memory, place, and personal history.

I value collaboration, long-term thinking, and work that serves more than aesthetics. The best projects, in my experience, are the ones where trust, intention, and craft come together.
